Tea Tree Oil For Acne And Pimples

Tea Tree Oil which has antibacterial properties is another effective remedy against acne and pimples. Tea Tree Oil's terpinen-4-ol is the antibaterial agent that kills the bacteria. Application of Tea tree oil to the skin also stops oil matter from clogging up sebaceous glands and forming pimples.

How  To use Tea Tree Oil To Treat Acne and Pimples

A five percent tea tree solution is made by mixing five parts tea tree oil to 95 parts water. In simple term if you use 5 ml of tea tree oil then use 95 ml of water to dilute the tea tree oil. Undiluted tea tree oil will irritate the skin.

Medicinal Uses of garlic

Garlic has been known to have been used for thousands of years. The ancient Egyptians used it and soldiers used it in the second world to prevent gangrene. Uses of garlic are many and varied and this article will try to present some of those uses.

According to University of Maryland Medical Center website, garlic is rich in antioxidants which help destroy free radicals in the body-particles that can damage cell membranes, interact with genetic material, and possibly contribute to the aging process as well as the development of a number of conditions, including heart disease and cancer.

The most beneficial component or rather products of garlic is allicin which has been for its antifungal, antibacterial and antiviral properties. However, the body does not effectively absorb allicin, Allicin is the result of the conversion of alliin an odourless sulfur-containing chemical derived from the amino acid cysteine.

Garlic is natures penicillin .. it has many uses and it helps to boost the immune system .. add it to your diet on a regular basis to prevent colds and flu and if you have a cold it will help you get rid of it .. it can be used to help cure yeast infections as well.

I have just read about a small child of 4 had bronchitis.  The doctor prescribed several antibiotics, and none of them worked.  The child's mother was at her wits end, trying to help her daughter to heal.  A neighbor finally told her, to rub raw garlic on the child's feel each night, and to put socks over the garlic.  The mother did this, and by the second day, her 4-year-old was in full recovery.  This is one of the uses of garlic that show that garlic works. I have used it when I have a cough or flu and it has worked in treating my infections. Garlic works.
