How To Grow Your Own Garlic

The following video demonstration teaches us how to grow garlic at home. Garlic is one of the most used natural health remedy because of its proven anti bacterial, antifungal and antiviral properties. Garlic is natures' penecillin. As a member of the onion family garlic is also rich in antioxidants which help destroy free radicals in the body-particles that can damage cell membranes and interact with genetic material.

Garlic is regarded both as a member of the allium family just as onions are and also as a lily family member. So garlic will grow where onions and lilies will grow. The best time to grow garlic is in the fall. By growing your own garlic you will ensure that you use the freshest garlic possible and get the maximum benefits of using garlic as an herb or as part of our food.
