Below is a video on the use of Apple Cider Vinegar on the use of apple cider vinegar in treating Acne or pimples. Apple Cider Vinegar works through its antibacterial properties which kills the bacteria on the acne or pimples affected skin and also balances the skins PH level. Apple Cider Vinegar also works by absorbing excessive oil from the skin. Excessive oil is the leading cause of Acne or pimples. The presenter took some pills to treat her acne but topical application of diluted apple cider vinegar to the acne or pimple affected area also helps. You do this by diluting apple Cider Vinegar with water three to four times the amount of Apple cider vinegar. You can then apply the diluted apple cider vinegar by using a clean cloth or cotton. Do this at least two times a day. Please take note that Apple Cider Vinegar should only be used therapeutically and not as food as it may damage some body tissues if used for too long.
