Mini Fruit Tart

Before we go on to the recipe for a mini fruit tart, I have found the following video which might help those that are more interested in video demonstrations than reading a text.

Counting with our series on healthy vegetarian cooking we now learn the recipe for making mini fruit tart. Taking a mini fruit tart is one of the most satisfying ways of finishing a meal.


Ingredients in Making Mini Fruit Tart

  • 1 recipe sunflower slims unbaked
  • 1 recipe tart filling
  • 1 recipe low fat Whipped topping if tarts are prepared ahead of time.

How to Make Mini Fruit Tart

  • Roll pastry out to 14 by 16 inches square on cookie sheet.
  • Cut into 2 inch squares
  • Bake at 375° F about 15 minutes or until delicately browned.
  • Top each square with 1 tablespoon tart filling.
  • Add 1 teaspoon Low Fat Whipped Topping if Prune-Raisin Tart Filling is used.
