Liver Cirrhosis is the scaring of the liver because of liver diseases and sometimes because of long term diseases. The scar tissue will block normal flow of blood through the liver and need to be dealt with as the liver is one of the most important cleansing organs of the body. There are some medicinal herbs such as common club moss, and horsetail that can be take to deal with cirrhosis.
It is recommended to take one cup of common club moss tea on an empty stomach at least half an hour before breakfast and before dinner. This will relieve shortness of breath that results from the cirrhosis of the liver.
There are some poultices that should be applied to the liver area at night and in the mornings. Compresses of sweedish bitters can be applied to the liver for 4 hours every day. To compliment this compress also apply a warm horsetail poultice for 2 hours in the mornings and evenings.
