Thyme Herb Remedies

Thyme is one of the most effective herbs when it comes to treating ringworms, thrush, and athlete's foot. It is an antifungal and antiseptic herb.  The ancient Egyptians used thyme during the embalming process and the Greeks used it in their baths.

How To Use

Dilute the essential oil in a base oil to apply to ringworms, thrush, athlete's foot and other fungal skin diseases. It can also be used as a lotion to prevent infection in wounds, ulcers or gum disease.

Thyme is also antiseptic and boiling in water and gargling it 3 times a day after cooling it is very effective against inflamation of the throat. The inflamation normally disappears after two to five days.
