Psoriasis is a skin condition that results from the skin reproducing  at a much faster rate than normal. The condition results in thick plaques on the knees and elbows and sometimes all over the body including the scalp. Not much is understood as to causes of psoriasis but it is aggravated by food sensitivities and stress. To cure psoriasis then you need medicinal herbs that get rid of immune irritating toxins and allergens from the kin via the lymphatic system, liver, urinary and digestive systems. One also needs herbs that deal with the stress such as St John's Wort herb. The list of herbs that can help the body cure itself from psoriasis are as follows:-

How to Cure Psoriasis with Medicinal Herbs

• To create a liver and blood cleansing , lymphatic tonic you need a tincture composed  of 2 parts plantain, 1 part yellow dock, 1 part burdock, 1 part figwort and 2 parts cleaver. This tincture should six dropperfuls of the tincture 3 times a day.
• If itching is present then taking chickweed tincture will help .
• You can also make an ointment of St John's wort that should be applied to the affected part. Elderflower or plantain infused oil can equally help as well.

Treat Yourself with Chickweed

Chickweed is considered as a cooling and soothing herb for the skin. It will offer relief and healing from ezcema, ulcers, psoriasis and hives.  

How to use Chickweed

Mash a fresh plant and wrap in a muslin cloth after adding a little boiling water to the mash and apply to the affected part of the body as a poultice.
