Linseed or Flax is one of the herbs that works as a gentle laxative and bowel lubricant and therefore helps in curing or treating constipation. It is also rich in omega fatty acids which are particularly essential during pregnancy. Omega fatty acids have been shown to reduce cancer tumours and prevent various cancers.


Linseed is also know as flaxseed or flax seed produce a vegetable oil known as flaxseed or linseed oil which  has been used for centuries as a drying oil in painting and varnishing. 

How To Use



Add a teaspoon  to breakfast cereal or muesli and increase your fluids to help prevent constipation. Flax seed or linseed oil can also be used to treat fungal infections by topical application to the affected parts of the body. Even wounds have been treated using linseed or flax seed oil.
