How To Prepare Granola Bars By Kyong Weathersby

In the video below Kyong Weathersby teaches on the preparation of Granola Bars. Eating healthfully will go a long way in treating and preventing diseases. Many of the diseases such as cancers and cardiovascular diseases are mainly caused by our high fat diet in the affluent societies of the world. These diseases are almost non existent among those who live on a simple plant based diet.


Below is the recipe for the preparation of Granola Bars

4 1/2 c. rolled oats
1 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. sea salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. honey
2 Tbsp. molasses

Combine dry ingredients and stir. Add wet ingredients, mixing well with hands. Press into oiled 9 x 13" baking sheet, sprinkling with black sesame seeds if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn pan and bake 3 - 5 more minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool completely before cutting.
