Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits

Apple Cider Vinegar

Here are some apple cider vinegar benefits that you can take advantage of by taking apple cider vinegar internally and externally. Please take note that Apple cider vinegar should only be used for therapeutic reasons only and not as food as it may do more harm than good as it is irritating both to the nervous system and body tissues. Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits should therefore only be taken advantage of when treating the following and other cases pointed in my previous post on apple cider benefits:-

  • Difficult To Pass Kidney Stones : Prepare one glass of of grapefruit juice with four tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Take one glassful per day at the beginning of the meal for four days. This will usually soften the stone. Rinse the mouth after taking the vinegar to protect the teeth from softening.
  • Athlete's Foot : Cures athlete’s foot when sore feet are soaked in strong solution. Apply every time itching begins and after every bath to stop fungus growth.
  • Burns : Applying a soaked gauze to injured areas helps in healing.
  • Insect Bite and Stings : Rub apple cider vinegar on insect bites and stings to relieve pain and itchiness.
  • Elimination of Body Odour or Odor : When used in place of underarm deodorant apple cider vinegar eliminates body odor or odour effectively.
