Apple Cider Vinegar Benefits: Cure Yourself

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar has been used since time immemorial for treating all sorts of ills. From the ancient Egyptians, as far back as 3000 BC and Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine all sang the praises of apple cider vinegar.

Fermenting apple juice to alcoholic apple cider, and then letting the oxygen interact with it, turns the alcohol into acetic acid - one of the "magic" ingredients in the finished product. To help this process along from the alcoholic base, "mother" is added - that being the spider web look-alike bacteria foam that forms during the fermentation process.

Apple cider vinegar contains valuable minerals such as Phosphorus, Calcium, Sodium, Potassium, Iron, Magnesium, and Chlorine. It also contains Sulfur, Copper, Silicon, Fluorine,Provitamin beta-carotene, Pectin and malic acid.

Benefits

A Japanese study in 2009, by the Cancer Research Institute, Mizkan Group Corporation showed that taking apple cider vinegar reduces body weight, Body Mass Index (BMI) and Body Fat Mass. It further showed that continuous intake of apple cider vinegar was found to lower Serum TG levels. In the study each group drank a 500ml drink containing either 30ml,15ml, or 0ml of vinegar daily for 12 weeks. Those in the 30ml and 15ml groups had lower BMI, visceral fat area, waist circumference, serum triglyceride, and body weight than the control group of 0ml.

Apple cider vinegar is also used in Dr Schulze 'Cold Sheet Treatment' Garlic Injection into the rectum. To do this you will need a rectal syringe that you can get from a pharmacy or drug store. Ingredients are 8-10 large organic garlic cloves in a blender with 50 percent apple cider vinegar and 50 percent distilled water. You need to get  all this solution all at once quickly with the rectal syringe because once you get it in you will want to expel it all at once.

Dr Richard Schulze considers the 'cold sheet treatment' as the most effective hydrotherapy procedure and he uses it for all incurable diseases

Side effects

Long-term intake of apple cider vinegar or any acetic acid in  high dosage intake can lower potassium levels in the body as well as reduce bone density. It is suggested that people who have diabetes should talk to their doctors before using ACV. Since ACV is highly acidic, it is recommended to mix the dosage with water or juice
